Which content bundle should I choose?

It depends on budget and what’s important to you. We recommend that anyone selling (or driving support) online should have at least the essentials covered, those with greater audiences and high-growth goals should choose bundles with strategic support built in to ensure you’re getting the best from content marketing.

Can I see examples of content you’ve created?

Hopefully really soon! We’re a new business and are starting from scratch. Once we’ve delivered our first few content bundles then we’ll be sure to share some samples on our website.

Do you upload and schedule content to the various marketing platforms?

We only upload and schedule content in the email marketing pro and expert package. Elsewhere we’ve decided to focus on content creation and leave the management of content up to you. If you need a hand with content management, we will be sharing step by step guides on how and when to post in our members-only resources section.

Can you create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest?

Yes! We like diversity and spreading your messages far and wide. Depending on your bundle, we can create content for one or more of these channels. And don’t worry, you’ll never find a square peg in a round hole – all of our content is sized correctly to meet social platform requirements.

Do I need to have email marketing already set up to use these bundles?

Ideally yes. We’ve designed content bundles to cover the three top marketing channels and email is a big part of that. Don’t have email marketing? Not to worry, we can get you set up in a jiffy – just head over to the email marketing page and add-on the essential package to your order.

What if I don’t want content for one or more of the channels?

The most successful changemakers online use blogging, social media and email marketing to win people over and keep them happy. That’s why we designed these bundles with everything you need to perform as well as other high-impact businesses in your industry. If one of these channels isn’t for you right now, feel free to drop us a message to chat things through or come back to us when you’re ready to take things further.

Can I order a content bundle and add-on at the same time?

Yep! We make this really easy by providing a tick-box to the end of the bundle order form so just go ahead and tick the one(s) you want.

When will I receive my content bundle or add-on service?

Once your payment is complete, you’ll be sent an order form for the bundle or add-on you’ve selected. Upon completion of the form, you can expect your order within 30 days, or before if we can.

How will the content be delivered?

If you’ve subscribed to our 3-month plan, you’ll be sent a new content bundle via WeTransfer link to the email address given at the time of sign up in the last week of each month. Those who have ordered a pay as you go bundle or add-on will receive the content in the same way within 30 days.

How will you know what tone of voice to use?

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a form that includes a section on ‘tone of voice’. You’ll be asked to pick from a group of words that best describe your brand and how you want to sound. We’ll use that to write copy in a tone that sounds like you want.

Can brand colours, logo and style elements be added to my graphics?

Absolutely! Just like with the tone of voice, you’ll be asked to choose from a tick-box list of visual styles and underneath is a space to provide any links to your Dropbox, Google drive or similar where we can access images, graphics and logos to include (pro and expert order only). You’ll also be able to provide us with your brand Hex colours or to tell us the colour palette you’d prefer we use.

What if I don’t like what you’ve created?

No problem. If you’ve ordered a pro or expert bundle then you get chance to make changes to whatever you like – once for pro members and twice for expert members. We even offer guidance on how to provide feedback to make things as quick and painless as possible for you. Essential members will need to upgrade to make changes.

What if I still don’t like what you’ve created?

We aim for 100% satisfaction, and we’re happy to offer a full refund on any orders where the content delivered doesn’t meet the brief, is unreasonably late or falls down in craftsmanship.
